SUSTAINABLE. ENJOYABLE. ATTAINABLE
CONTEMPORARY FARM -TO -TABLE THAI CUISINE :
Aloy Modern Thai weds the culinary experience of today’s Thailand to Colorado through locally sourced, slow-cooked, farm-to-table cuisine crafted by some of Bangkok’s best chefs. We welcome you to come, learn, play and explore.
These three words make up the core philosophy for Aloy Modern Thai:
Sustainable: We believe that sustainability leads to a better world, better communities and better food. Enjoyable: We focus on ensuring an enjoyable whole-customer experience for our guests. Attainable: At Aloy Modern Thai, we believe that taking the small steps to enhance our foods, our community and our world allow us to achieve what we once thought impossible.
We believe that the foundations of happiness are found in healthy, sustainable communities. That is why we work with local non-profits and charities to strengthen our communities and the people who are a part of them.
Monday Night Community Night
Join us ever Monday night to help support a monthly local non-profit or charity by ordering from the Community Night $30 three-course menu. Twenty percent of the proceeds of those meals go to supporting the monthly non-profit’s mission.
THE NON-PROFIT OF THE MONTH OF JULY IS COLORADO PROSTART PROGRAM
Colorado ProStart is a high school hospitality education program of the Colorado Restaurant Association Education Foundation, The Colorado Restaurant Association, and the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association. ProStart is a two-year food service and hospitality management curriculum offered to high school juniors and seniors.
Since its beginning in 1997, Colorado ProStart spent more than 7.5 million to educate and train more than 10,000 high school students in restaurant management, foodservice, and hospitality. The Foundation has trained hundreds of industry volunteers to walk into classrooms to help teach the curriculum and to hire and mentor ProStart students pursuing their careers in this industry; provided ProStart teachers with thousands of hours of industry training and professional development support; placed thousands of students in industry mentored worksites; and has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars to graduating Colorado ProStart students pursuing their post-secondary education in the foodservice and hospitality industry.
